Location
Lectures will take place in the Appleton Tower complex of the University of Edinburgh.
The Appleton Tower is a short walk from the city centre or the Universities Pollock Halls.
The map below also shows the location of the Playfair Library where the Icebreaker reception will be held on the evening of Sunday the 5th of July, Our Dynamic Earth, venue for the conference dinner on Thursday the 9th July, and the locations of Teviot House (Editors Dinner venue), The Carlton Hotel Past (Presidents and Sustaining Members Dinner venue), and the Scotch Whisky Experience (Whisky tasting).
